☝ Requests to Special Lecturers, Symposiasts, and Oral presenters
 

> Data and PCs
   Please contact with our IT team member enough prior to your session. 
1）For Windows
   Please bring your own PC or your USB memory stick. 
   Windows 10 based PCs with Microsoft Power Point 2007, 2010, and 2013 are available.
   To avoid display problems, please use standard OS fonts such as Century,

   Century Gothic, Times New Roman, Helvetica or Arial.
   Please bring USB memory sticks acceptable for windows.
2）For Macintosh
   Please bring your own PCs. For USB user, please make sure your USB memory sticks

   acceptable for windows.
3）Notification for using your own PC.
   Monitor output with a D-sub15 pin is required. If your PC requires an adaptor for D-sub15 pin,
   please prepare it by yourself. There is an adaptor for HDMI on site. 
   Please make sure to bring a power cable.
   Please bring back your PC with you when you finish your presentation.

 

> Presentation
   When the prior presenter starts his/her presentation, please sit in the Next-Presenter seat.
   You can use the cursor of the mouse or a laser pointer as a pointer.
 
   Time allocation: 
   For symposium and lecture speakers: Please follow the instruction informed you in advance
   For short oral presentation: You have 2 minutes to make a short notes

☝ Requests to Poster Presenters
   Poster panel size is 4 ft (121.92 cm) ×  6 ft (182.88 cm)
   Poster number tags (20 cm × 20 cm) will be provided by the symposium secretariat.
   Please indicate your abstract title, name and affiliation in the upper area of the poster panel.
   Please set up your poster on 2nd/Sep. You can set up from 9:00 a.m.  
   Please remove your poster at 17:00 on 4th/Sep. 
   Pushpins and presenter’s ribbon are available for each poster panels.
   Please wear presenter’s ribbon during presentation time.
   You have 2 minutes for your presentation as short oral on 2nd/Sep. 
   Please send your presentation file (PP or PDF) to secretariat for short oral session

   until 30th/Aug by an e-mail. (ispgrs2016@gmail.com)

 

☝ President's Awards（Best Presentation Award）
   Please note that abstracts marked with asterisks (＊) are considered for
   President's Awards (Best Presentation Award).

 

☝ COI
   Please disclose COI (Conflict of Interest). If you are a company employee,

   please disclose COI status with other companies.
   Presenters for Oral Presentation are required to show COI on the second slide.
   Presenters for Poster Presentation are required to show COI on the last position.
